Refund policy
Returns Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:
* Wrong product delivered.
* Damaged product received.
* Product received in a tampered condition.
* Product nearing expiry upon delivery.
Return Request Process
* Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
* Products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
* Opened or used products.
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
* Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
* Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Replacement
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on product availability.
