Refund policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received.
• Product received in a tampered condition.
• Product nearing expiry upon delivery.

2. Return Request Process

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
• Products must remain unused and in their original packaging.

3. Non - Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on product availability.
