Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order:
- Before the order has been shipped.
- By contacting customer support with the order number.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Company Rights
Sadhana Ayurvedics reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Regulatory or compliance requirements.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
